Artbo is a textile art studio by Los Angeles-based artist Shin Yejin. Inspired by the spatial beauty of jogakbo when light passes through fabric, the studio transforms traditional Korean textiles into sculptural objects that reveal their delicate weave, translucency, and depth of color. By preserving the material essence of heritage fabrics while exploring contemporary structure and bold color, ARTBO presents jogakbo as a complete work of art.
