At Hye the store ApS, we believe transparency is the foundation of a thoughtful relationship. We handle your personal information with the same care and respect we apply to the objects we curate for you. Please take a moment to review these conditions before beginning your journey with us.
These terms guide the thoughtful relationship between you and our space, managed by Hye the store ApS (which we’ll refer to as "we," "us," or "our").
While we hope to keep things consistent, we may update these terms from time to time without prior notice.
Products and Prices
We put great care into sharing our collection with you. We aim for accuracy in all details, from prices to availability.
All prices are displayed in Danish Krone (DKK), and include VAT. We aim to provide a localized shopping experience, so prices may be displayed in your local currency based on your location. Please note that the final transaction amount will be processed in DKK.
As life evolves, so might our offerings or pricing, and we reserve the right to make updates at any time.
While we strive to ensure that colors and images are displayed faithfully, please know that digital screens may vary. We cannot be held responsible for sold-out items or rare, unintended typos, but we appreciate your understanding as we work to correct them.
Ordering and payment
Choosing a piece from our collection is a journey. Once you’ve selected your favorites, please share your details so we can bring them to you. You’ll receive a warm confirmation of your order soon after. Your order is officially confirmed once payment is approved and we’ve registered it in our warehouse.
By ordering, you agree to pay the full purchase amount.

Payments are secure—we use SSL encryption to protect your privacy. The amount is deducted when your goods depart from our warehouse.
Please be aware of any local customs fees, taxes, or duties; these do not apply to orders within the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden).
We reserve the right to cancel orders if, for example, fraud is suspected or pricing errors arise. We are not liable for any losses from such cancellations.
Shipping and Delivery
We share our Copenhagen finds with the world. Orders typically depart within 1-2 business days (please allow up to 3 during sales or promotions).
Delivery timelines depend on your chosen destination and method.
While we entrust your package to the best carriers, we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses during transit.
You are warmly welcome to visit us in our Copenhagen Nordhavn shop to pick up your pieces during our opening hours.
Returns and cancellation
We want you to love what you find at Hye. If something isn't quite right, you may return your online purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original, cherished condition with tags attached.
Return shipping is yours to handle unless the item isn't quite right from the start—in which case, please reach out to us at hello@hyethestore.com.
We process refunds to your original payment method within 14 business days of receiving your return.
Please note: In-store purchases are distinct; they are eligible for exchange or store credit rather than refunds.
Claims
Quality is important to us. Following the Danish Sale of Goods Law, you are covered for 24 months for any defects. This doesn't cover wear and tear or neglect, but if something genuinely needs our attention, please let us know at hello@hyethestore.com.
Intellectual Property
Everything you see here—our words, images, logos, and designs—is crafted with care by Hythestore and protected by copyright. Please ask us for written consent before sharing or using them elsewhere.
Liability
We aim for your experience to be seamless. While we limit our liability to the purchase price of your order, we always strive to address issues with care, except in matters of clear negligence or breach of these terms.
