Items purchased on hyethestore.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, all items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that handmade objects, socks, and underwear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Hyethestore reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet these requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

Yes, we offer international shipping to about 29 countries, including parts of Asia, North America, South America, and Europe.

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 days after payment is confirmed. Domestic delivery usually takes 3-5 days, international delivery takes 5-10 days but may take longer depending on circumstances.

For international shipments, import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply and are charged once the package arrives at the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
