Items purchased on hyethestore.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, all items must be unworn and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that handmade objects, socks, and underwear are not eligible for return or exchange. Delivery time includes both order preparation and shipping, and orders are not prepared on weekends or Korean public holidays. During peak seasons, you can expect an additional 2-3 days beyond the standard procedure. We support both domestic delivery within Denmark and international shipping.
